POLICY & PROCEDURES

  • Clients can book appointments in the “Book Now” section. When booking your service, please read the description sections thoroughly. The descriptions are provided to ensure a smooth booking process and to avoid any further discrepancies with your appointment.

    All appointments require a $45 nonrefundable deposit to secure your slot. All appointments require at least a 36-hour time frame when booking. Appointments made within this 36-hour window must be scheduled with me directly through text or email, and will also result in an additional $75 squeeze-in/emergency fee.

    Certain styles can take most of the day, requiring me to have an assistant. If you are booking a service and see no available dates, please contact me via email or text message for a personalized booking.

    To reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any extra charges.

  • All clients are given a 15-minute grace period from the time of their appointment to arrive. Clients who fail to communicate their tardiness will have their appointment canceled after 15 minutes. Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of your overall total (your deposit payment does go towards this charge).

    Clients who communicate their tardiness will be charged $15, and given an extra 10 minutes to arrive following their grace period. After 30 minutes from their scheduled appointment time, these clients will be penalized with an appointment cancellation.

    Appointment confirmations are sent at the time of booking via email, and a reminder is sent the day before your appointment via text message.

  • Halo Headz offers a range of protective-style services. For all braided styles, please make sure to have at least 3 inches of hair to ensure your desired style is capable of achieving.

    All clients are expected to come washed and blow-dried prior to their appointment to spend as little time in the chair as possible. If wash and blowdry services are needed, please make sure to book these add-ons with your appointment. Hair is included for all styles, excluding wig and sew-in installs.

  • Halo Headz is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment and is continuing to follow COVID-19 safety protocols. For the safety of all clients and myself, it is highly recommended to reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are feeling under the weather. Things happen, so don’t worry about any extra charges in these circumstances.

    Your satisfaction is always top priority! If there are any issues you may be experiencing with your style within the first week of your service, please contact me via email or text message to make proper accommodations and rectify any problems.
